We may not accommodate a request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Note that if we receive a request from an individual employee of one of our customers, we may route that request to the customer to handle. We may also reject deletion requests if doing so would impact our ability to send invoices or collect unpaid balances.
If you demonstrate the inaccuracy or incompleteness of personal information, we will amend the information as required. If appropriate, we will send the amended information to third parties to whom the information has been disclosed. If a challenge regarding the accuracy of personal information is not resolved to your satisfaction, we will annotate the personal information under our control with a note that the correction was requested but not made.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
In some situations, we may not be able to provide access to certain personal information (e.g., if disclosure would reveal personal information about another individual, the personal information is protected by privilege, the information was collected for the purposes of an investigation or where disclosure of the information would reveal confidential commercial information that could harm our competitive position). We may also be prevented by law from providing access to certain personal information.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, collection, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you a temporary password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for changing the password immediately to a strong and unique password, and keeping that password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we take the measures described above to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App, or that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
Our App and website are not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe we have collected your child’s information in violation of applicable law, please contact us using the contact information in the Contact Information section below.
Our site currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. However, our site may respond to other opt-out preference signals as may be required by law.
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will endeavor to notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the App home page for a reasonable time before and after the changes take effect. Where required by applicable law, we may need to ask you to confirm your consent to the processing of your personal information. Otherwise, your continued access to or use of the App constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the applicable changes.
